Our fees can be a fixed amount or based on the construction cost. CM fees will vary with the services that the CM provides. Typical CM fees are about 5-15% of construction costs depending on the job, and should be paid based on the completion of specific phases of construction. We structure payments so that most of the fee is received once the project is completed and the general contractor is paid in full.

We make sure that materials and labor aren’t being marked up. For example, some Construction Managers will tell you their General Contracting fee is 5%. What they don’t tell you is that they are marking all of their material and labor up another 10%. So what they are really making from you is 15%. Our charges are usually modest and our integrity provides all the peace of mind you’ll need.
